Meme Competition

Organised by the STASHSTASH STASH aims to get us learning and talking about sex and relationships. STASH stands for Sexually Transmitted infections And Sexual Health project, University of Glasgow 

What do you wish you’d known about sexual health when you were in high school?

Create a meme and stand a chance to win one of ten £25 vouchers.

The best memes will be included on the STASH website – a sexual health information hub for young people in Scotland.

What kind of meme are we looking for? 

We are looking for young people to create memes that help school students (aged 14 to 18) learn about sexual health. Your meme could be an image, a video, a Tiktok, a song, whatever you like. Check out the site for examples to inspire you.

The important thing is to think about why it might help someone. What do you wish someone had told you when you were younger?

Terms and Conditions

  1. There is no fee to participate in the competition.
  2. There is no restriction on the number of entries a participant can submit.
  3. The STASH Project does not endorse the content of any memes created for this competition other than the winning entries.
  4. We have the right to reject submissions for violations of, but not limited to, inappropriate content, defamation, or copyright issues.
  5. The STASH Project reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Entry at its sole discretion. No correspondence shall be entered into.
  6. The STASH Project reserves the right not to select finalists if, at its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.
  7. Entering the competition grants the STASH Project permission to make public the meme, but we will only include your name if you give us permission.
  8. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. By participating in the competition, the entrant is representing and warranting that he/she has read and understood, and agrees to be bound by these rules.
  9. All memes must be submitted by the 30th April 2022.
